biddecide is a public-tender intelligence service. We run a radar that gathers procurement notices from Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa, and we also produce Go/No-Go decision memos drafted with the help of artificial intelligence from the official tender document.
What we do:
What we do not do: we do not write your bid, we do not represent you before the contracting authority, we do not submit documents on your behalf, and we do not guarantee that you will win or be awarded a contract. The decision to bid, and the content of your bid, are yours.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include any taxes that may apply in your country. The current ladder is:
We may adjust prices, limits and features. Price changes are announced in advance and never applied retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
Payment is currently made in USDT (a stablecoin). When available, we will also enable card payment through a payment processor. For each charge we tell you the amount, the reference and the payment instructions.
Subscription plans renew for successive periods until you cancel. If a payment does not arrive or cannot be verified, we may suspend the service until the situation is resolved, warning you first whenever possible.
biddecide is an information and analysis tool. We do not promise, and cannot promise, that you will win a tender, that your results will improve by any specific figure, or that a given procurement will go ahead. Tenders get cancelled, amended, postponed and sometimes declared void; tender documents can be ambiguous and the competition decides in the end. We stand behind the quality of our analysis, not the outcome of your bid.
The information we publish comes from official or public sources and links to the original notice whenever a link is available. There may be delays, changes or errors at the source. Before you submit a bid, always check the tender document and the requirements at the official source.
We may suspend or cancel an account that breaks these rules, without refunding the current period, and we will state the reason when it is reasonable to do so.
The content we produce — the interface, site copy, alerts, analysis notes and memos — belongs to us or is used with permission, and you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in your business. You do not acquire ownership of that content.
Tender data is public and belongs to the contracting authorities. We reproduce it for information purposes and always cite the official source with a link to the original notice. We claim no rights over that data or over the tender documents themselves.
You can cancel whenever you want, from your account or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you already paid for stays active until it ends and generates no further charge.
Because our customers are businesses and professionals buying for their own activity, the EU consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Even so, we honour the $1 trial terms described above.
We provide the service with reasonable care, but we cannot be answerable for everything. To the extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. We will publish the new version on this page with its date. If a change is material and affects a paid plan, we will email you before it takes effect.
Before raising any dispute, both parties agree to try to resolve it amicably first: just write to [email protected] explaining the problem. We undertake to reply and to look for a reasonable solution within 30 days.
If we cannot reach an agreement within that period, either party may bring the matter before the competent courts under the law applicable at the service provider's place of business. Nothing here prevents you from complaining to consumer or data protection authorities in your own country where the law allows it.
Any question about these terms, your subscription or an invoice: [email protected].
