The Republic of Lebanon (hereinafter called "Borrower") has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Lebanon Emergency Assistance Project (LEAP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for "Damaged Roads Clearing and Restoration in South Lebanon - Sour Caza.
